13th PIT IKA - Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesian Pediatric Society Scientific Programme Information

The Scientific Sessions of 13th PIT IKA - Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesian Pediatric Society, Malang 2025, will be held in parallel settings from 12 October to 14 October 2025.

Renowned national experts, recognized for their expertise in the field, will lead these sessions. A multi-track of session is organized in fruitful thematic topics by the Allergy Immunology and Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Infection & Tropical Diseases, Cardiology, Pediatric Imaging, and Respirology Working Groups, with Task Forces of HIV, Stunting, Breastfeeding, Adolescent Health, Immunization, Environmental Health & Climate Change, Indonesian College of Pediatrics to provide a systematic review of evidence; an assessment and recommendations intended to optimize child-care for Participants to take home.

These engaging presentations will provide valuable insights and foster knowledge sharing among participants.

One-hour morning meetings provide a productive forum for discussing Child Healthcare issues, allowing for active interaction between panellists and participants to maximize scientific benefits, build lasting connections with colleagues facing similar issues, and benefit from an early start.

Plenary Sessions

The Plenary sessions are provided by nationally recognized experts in the field of Child Healthcare, covering recent developments and updates.

The plenary session will take place on Sunday until Tuesday, October 12-14, 2025, at The Grand Ballroom of Grand Mercure Malang Mirama Hotel.

Parallel Sessions

This session will concentrate on the most recent and exciting innovations in every aspect of research, offering an interesting opportunity for all the participants that support the use of new products or treatments.

Industrial Symposium

This session will concentrate on the most recent and exciting innovations in every aspect of research, offering an interesting opportunity for all the participants that support the use of new products or treatments.

A topical presentation and discussion will finish these sessions in a parallel setting, providing participants with an opportunity to engage in discussion with the experts. Given the critical challenges ahead, Break and Lunch Symposiums are an opportunity to share the latest innovations in Child Healthcare.

A thematic presentation & discussion will be concluded in these sessions in a parallel setting, offering participants a unique opportunity to engage with experts and gain deeper insights through focused dialogue. These symposiums will take place from Sunday to Tuesday, 12 October to 14 October 2025, at parallel rooms at Grand Mercure Malang Mirama Hotel (Ballroom 1-3, Beijing, Abu Dhabi-Dubai, and Moscow).

Excellent Research Awards

The 13th PIT IKA - Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesian Pediatric Society, Malang 2025, held an open competition for Excellent Research Awards (ERA) that is divided into 2 categories:

  • Pediatricians (full IPS member)
  • Pediatric Residents (young IPS members) from all institutions of Pediatric Specialty Program (IPSP) throughout Indonesia.

Travel Scholarship Awards

The 13th PIT IKA - Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesian Pediatric Society, Malang 2025, held an opportunity for Travel Scholarship Awards that can be participated by all pediatricians and general practitioners throughout Indonesia.

Pediatric RACE (Resident Academic Challenge Event)

Indonesian College of Paediatrics (KIKAI) will host the competition among Participants of the Pediatric Specialist Training Program/residents from all Paediatric Specialist Education Institutions throughout Indonesia on Monday, October 13, 2025
