Create a New User Account and Log In

If you don't have an account yet, select "Create a new account" and fill in your name, email, and WhatsApp number. After that, indicate whether you are registering yourself or registering on behalf of someone else

After clicking Submit, you will receive a notification via email and WhatsApp containing your username and password to log in.

Then, log in to the participant portal using your registered username and password to proceed with the registration process.

Complete Your Personal Information Form

Fill in your personal details including registration type, personal identification number or NIK, full name, and other required information based on your participant category.

Symposium

To participate in the 13^th PIT IKA - Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesian Pediatric Society 2025, symposium registration is mandatory.

Kindly choose one of the three available symposium sessions. The remaining two sessions will be accessible to you free of charge.

Please note that your full registration as a participant will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the symposium

Optional Add-ons

Four add-on options are available for you to add to your registration package.

1. PRE-CONGRESS WORKSHOP

   Pre Congress workshop are specifically intended for pediatricians only. There are 4 workshop categories to chosen from, which are:

   1. One day Workshop : Friday, October 10, 2025

      

   2. Practice Session : Friday, October 10, 2025

      

   3. One Day Workshop : Saturday, October 11, 2025

      

   4. Two Days Workshop : October 10-11, 2025

      

2. HOTEL ACCOMODATION

   1. Official accommodation is provided by the 13^th PIT IKA - Annual Scientific Meeting of Indonesian Pediatric Society Malang 2025 Committee at several designated hotels for the convenience of participants.

   2. The available check-in and check-out dates are from October 9 to 14, 2025, with a minimum required stay from October 11 to 14, 2025.

3. LADIES PROGRAM

   You may include accompanying persons such as a spouse or child in the dedicated Ladies Program, named Santera Bloom & Beyond : A Heartfelt Journey with a fee of
   IDR 750,000 per guest

   

4. KINSHIP SOIREE

   The Kinship Soirée is also known as Malang Night Paradise.

   This program is free for participants who wish to join, one accompanying guest is also free of charge.

   Any subsequent guests will be charged IDR 50,000 each.

   

Personal Data Consent

All participants are required to have the ACCESS by KAI application installed on their mobile device, with Face Recognition activated.

Therefore, participants must provide consent for the use of their personal data before proceeding with registration submission.

Attendee Portal

The participant portal displays your personal information, symposium registration, selected add-ons, and the payment status for each item.

The participant portal also includes a cart displaying unpaid registration items, which can be settled using the available payment procedure.
